What are the system requirements for viewing online training

The course loads but stops after a screen or two, what do
I do?
Check to see if you have
the latest flash plug-in for your browser. Downloading the
latest version will usually solve this issue. For your convenience
there is a download the latest version of flash plug-in button
on the launch page for each course.

Is there a help tutorial for the online training?
Yes. The courseware has a
help button located at the top right corner of each page.
Clicking on the help button will open the help pages in a
separate window.

4.
I have forgotten my password- what should I do?
Your company has a record
of all passwords. You should check with your supervisor. If
you purchased the program individually, then you received
an email receipt that has an attachment with your password.
You can always email support@impacctraining.com. Be sure
to include your name and address.
