1. What
is the IMPACC Program?
The
IMPACC program is a Work Injury Prevention Training System developed by
Dr. Lauren Andrew Hebert, DPT, OCS. Medical professionals across the
country
have provided consultation and training to industry using our system
since 1983. On-going research and development continues today. The
online versions of the employee programs are the latest development.

2. What programs are available at
IMPACCTraining.com?
We
currently have three programs for the prevention of Musculosketelal
Disorders in the workplace. The IMPACC Back School Employee Training
Program,
the IMPACC WorkSmart Neck-Arm Employee
Training Program and the WorkSmart Office
Ergonomics Program.

3. Can we preview the programs before we purchase?
Yes.
There is a demo of the
first few pages of each program available at IMPACCTraining.com. If you
wish to see the entire program please contact our customer service representatives.

4. How do we purchase online training?
Purchasing
online training from IMPACCTraining.com is quick and easy. Click on
"Purchase Training" in the menu bar . Enter the number of "seats" you
wish to purchase, click subtotal, then click checkout. Then enter your
payment information on our secure server and you are ready to begin
training. We will immediately email you a receipt of your transaction
and attach the passwords (one for each seat) in an easy to use tab
delimited text document. You may also purchase 'seats' by calling our customer service representatives. They will process your order and issue the
passwords, which will be emailed to you. We accept all major credit
cards and written purchase orders with approved credit. Our terms are
net 30.

5. How long do the online programs take to
complete?
Our
programs can be completed in about 45-75 minutes depending upon the
program and the learning speed of the student. The objective of our
courses is to modify workers' behaviors and that cannot be accomplished
effectively without full knowledge and professional motivation. We use
many adult learning techniques that will help gain compliance and
increase the return on your investment in your workforce.

6. Can the programs be completed in more than one
session?
Absolutely!
The programs are chapter based and the courseware will ask a returning
student if he/she wishes to continue from where they left off.

7. How do our employees access the online training?
The
training programs are available on the internet at IMPACCTraining.com.
They can be accessed in two mouse clicks from the home page.

8. Can we purchase a site license for our
corporate intranet?
Yes, we
can license the program(s) for use on your corporate intranet or
dedicated hosting location for
a specific number of views or for a specific period of time with
unlimited use with a signed license agreement. Please call
for more information and minimum requirements.

9. Will we also receive course materials for each
"seat" purchased?
There
are course manuals that compliment the programs. These manuals can be
purchased from our web site at impaccusa.com

10. Can we purchase training for more than one
person?
Yes.
Although the interactivity of the programs effectively limits viewing
to one student at a time, you may purchase as many "seats" as you need
to train your employees. Each seat has its own final exam and
Certificate of Completion and may be used only once.

12. How do I assign and track passwords to my
employees?
When
you purchase "seats" you will receive an email receipt with an
attachment. This attachment is a tab delimited text document and will
contain a unique User ID and password for each seat. Simply assign each
User ID and password to your employees by creating your own identifier
for each one. (employee number, full name or other identifier, etc.).
Then you can log in to the Learning Management System (LMS) and check the status of the course and test
results using the User ID we assigned to that password. When employees
login to take a course they will have to enter only two pieces of
information.
1. Their full name (which will be printed on the Certificate of
Completion)
2. Their password

13. How many times can my employees access an
online training program?
Employees
may access the program as many times as they need to complete the
program. After they take the final exam and print the Certificate of
Completion the password will no longer work except to go back and print
their certificate if they want another copy. Each time an employee
returns to the program the courseware will ask if he/she would like to
resume where they left off.

14. Will an employee be able to skip the course
and go directly to the final exam?
No. Our
courseware has completion based testing. The employee must visit each
page in order to take the final exam. Any pages not visited will be
listed for the employee at final exam time.

15. How will we know if an employee has completed
the training we assigned?
There
are two ways to determine if the employee has completed the training.
Passing in a Certificate of Completion is one way. You can log into our
Learning Management System (LMS) and view the status of each User ID.

16. Is there a help tutorial for the online
training?
Yes.
The courseware has a help button located at the top right corner of
each page. Clicking on the help button will open the help pages in a
separate window.

17. I have forgotten my password- what should I do?
Your
company has a record of all passwords. You should check with your
supervisor. If you purchased the program individually, then you
received an email receipt that has an attachment with your password.
You can always email order@impaccusa.com.com . Be sure to include your name and address and
the User Name associated with your password.

18. Is there a Certificate of Completion at the
end of each course?
Yes.
After the final exam has been taken the employee will be asked if they
wish to print out the Certificate of Completion. The Certificate contains the employees full name
(or name they entered on the login screen) and their score as a % of
100. In addition their password will be printed on the Certificate for
easy record keeping.

19. Will the employee be able to print out the
exercises?
Yes.
The employees will be given an opportunity to print the exercises when
they have completed the course. The employee should print them before
they exit the completed course as they will not be able to return once
the course is finished. If an employee forgets, they can email us at
support@impacctraining.com and we will email the .pdf files.
